    Description

    New York, NY / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL ( Day 1 Onsite/ 3 Day onsite per week)

    Required Skills:

    • More than 15 years of overall experience in the IT industry, preferably with extensive tenure at major IT consulting and services firms.
    • Over 10 years of hands-on experience working within the Adobe Ecosystem.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing large, geographically dispersed teams for over 5 years.
    • A minimum of 2 years spent architecting solutions for the Adobe Experience Platform.
    • Extensive background (5+ years) in architecting solutions for Adobe Analytics.
    • Proven track record (5+ years) in sales and negotiation of consulting services.
    • Over 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles.
    • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Adobe Experience Cloud Web Analytics, Test and Learn using Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), among others.
    • Specialized knowledge in Adobe data model and migration strategies.
    • Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, capable of leading discussions on marketing strategy, pipeline, and attribution.
    • Familiarity with Fit Gap Analysis and estimation processes for Adobe applications.
    • Expertise in estimations and developing Resource Modelling for new and forthcoming requirements in Adobe engagements.
    • Capable of independent thought and experienced in developing solution offerings.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suitable for interactions with both internal teams and clients.
    • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and multifunctional teams.
