    Description

    Scope:
    App and Website

    • Build custom reports, dashboards, and configure data visualizations.
    • Investigate and resolve problems with data being collected and sent to Adobe Analytics.
    • Perform monthly, quarterly analysis and guide users in understanding the insights and trends revealed by through dashboards
    • Facilitate Tracking rules within Adobe launch
    • Troubleshoot data accuracy and completeness issues.
    • Assist users with setting up integrations between Adobe Analytics and other marketing tools (e.
    g., CRM, marketing automation).


    Regular Trainings to Team:

    • Deliver training sessions on Adobe Analytics features and functionalities.
    • Create and maintain user guides and documentation for Adobe Analytics.
    • Answer user questions about Adobe Analytics

    Account Management:

    • Onboard new clients with Adobe Analytics.
    • Manage user access and permissions within the Adobe Analytics platform.
    • Create the tagging plan and technical specifications
    • Involve analysts on their respective value stream discussion : Meetings + Meetings Notes + Projects update
    • Project Management : Jira Ticket creation and following with dev/product/CXDI
    • Check the consistency of the data in GA4
    • Testing : Tools configuration (Firebase debug + Analytics Debugger)
    • Tracking implementation validation and acceptance
    • Establish communication & coordination with Dev and product
    • Provide 100% visibility of tracking work to all teams : Bi-Daily meeting + Notion project update + Squad/Project manager/Milestones/KR update + Meeting notes
    • Monitoring of the data quality (Dashboard) in lookerstudio

    Required Skills & Experience

    3-10 years of experience with Adobe Analytics

    Experience launching and implementing Adobe Analytics and other marketing tools (CRM, marketing Automation)

    Having led training and created user guides for Adobe Analytics

    Used Jira for managing and following up on tickets

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    Digital Agency and Consulting Background
