Humanistic, tolerant, and non-religious - the Humanist Association Berlin-Brandenburg KdöR is the operator of over 26 daycares in Berlin, spread throughout the city, as well as one daycare in Fredersdorf/Vogelsdorf, Brandenburg.

We also have two family centers and the Humanistic Vocational School for Social Pedagogy.

What you can look forward to:

Of course, we offer an indefinite employment contract and an attractive salary according to our in-house collective agreement, group 7a, full-time or part-time, with fixed salary increases according to the salary table of our in-house collective agreement.

In addition, you will receive vacation pay, annual bonus, child allowance, company pension plan, and a subsidy for the VBB company ticket.

All employees receive 30 vacation days + 2 days off on December 24th and 31st.
We also offer a referral bonus for pedagogical professionals.
