- Overseeing probate estate processes and procedures
- Compiling trust and estate accountings
- Managing trust administration tasks
- Preparing federal and state income and estate tax returns (Forms 1040/MO-1040/1041/MO-1041 and Form 706)
- Assisting in the preparation, retention, and organization of legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and accountings related to trust and estate administration
- Clear and professional communication with clients, attorneys, and various levels of staff
- Performing additional tasks with precision and efficiency as required
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate legal documents with minimal supervision
- Essential experience in preparing Forms 1041 and 706
- Familiarity with estate and trust tax software; knowledge of ProSeries, GEMS, and EstateVal is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of direct experience; five years preferred

Location Options: This role is based in either our downtown St. Louis office or Town and Country office. Standard working hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
