To expand our Strategy and Transformation department, we are currently seeking a Board Assistant for the Future with a focus on the market (m/f/d).
Our Strategy and Transformation department consists of a young team of five, led by our General Attorney Marcel Dick. Through the development and implementation of strategic plans and the initiation of change processes, the department contributes to the successful adaptation of Fürstlich Castell's Bank to dynamic market conditions and strengthens its future-oriented competitiveness.
Your responsibilities
- You support the management in all administrative and organizational tasks and projects within your area of responsibility, identifying and implementing new trends in the areas of corporate clients, retail clients, and wealth management
- You are a proactive driver in the design, structuring, and management of innovation projects and work closely with customer advisors
- You are responsible for the management-oriented creation and continuous analysis of sales initiatives and sales control
- You support in planning and monitoring the achievement of goals within your area of responsibility
- You prepare briefings for board meetings with representatives from supervisory authorities or associations
