    Gastroenterologist MD/DO

    Commonwealth Medical Services is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Gastroenterologist MD/DO to join our progressive team in Arkansas. This position is perfect for a board-certified physician passionate about providing exceptional care to patients with a variety of gastrointestinal conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome, liver disease, and colorectal disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, performing specialized procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies, and developing comprehensive treatment plans personalized for each patient.     Responsibilities
    • Perform comprehensive gastrointestinal assessments and provide personalized patient care.
    • Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal treatment plans for patients.
    • Educate patients and their families on gastrointestinal health, treatment options, and preventive care.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
    • Engage in continuous education and professional development in the field of gastroenterology.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research efforts.

    Requirements
    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
    • Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arkansas.
    • Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
    • Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of gastrointestinal disorders.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on patient relations.
    • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
    • Commitment to continued learning and professional growth within the specialty.
