Your responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and ticket system
  • Supporting various IT technologies such as servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls
  • Managing Windows clients, Windows servers, and Linux systems
  • Administering and monitoring client systems
  • Documenting processes and procedures
