Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations
Collaborates with the Executive Director to address key issues, overseeing and coordinating diverse teams.
Evaluates and enhances processes, policies, and practices through thorough research and collaboration.
Conducts benchmarking activities to implement best practices, develops standard procedures, and ensures policy compliance.
Identifies and manages risks, resolves critical issues, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
Establishes strong partnerships, provides change management oversight, and leads impactful projects.
Manages special projects independently, tracks progress, and represents SOM Research Finance.
