    The Role

    Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for Astound Group. The ideal candidate will be strategic, data-driven, and possess a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.

    The Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Your focus will be generating leads for the intricate, multi-faceted service offerings at Astound.
    • Oversee social media content creation and approvals to ensure alignment with the Astound Group brand identity.
    • Manage all digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
    • Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance to internal stakeholders with clarity and precision.
    • Maintain a strong foundation in analytics and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Analytics, and Salesforce.
    • Drive the implementation and utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging its capabilities to enhance client retention email campaigns and full funnel marketing campaign attribution analytics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of digital marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and analytics.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing social media channels and digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
    • Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Analytics, and Salesforce.
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and data insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and adapt to evolving market trends.
    • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Public Relations and Communications skills is considered an asset, but not a requirement for the role.
