    General Description:

    The Nevada Market Manager is responsible for selling and solidifying high volume programs as well as build profitable relationships within an on and off key account universe. market managers will work alongside local distributor partners and will be responsible in managing sales goals and achievements monthly.

    This position will require prior experience in distributor and/or supplier roles, have a broad knowledge of the wine and spirits industry, and be the face and energy behind the JAJA Tequila brand.

    Relationship Management:

    • Responsible for developing high value, profitable relationships within a key account universe of On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts in Las Vegas & Reno.

    Account Management:

    • Market manager will serve as the key contact for assigned On Premise & Off Premise (80/20) accounts to drive brand awareness, velocity, and drive initiatives in assigned region
    • Develop effective relationships/partnerships with influential staff members, bar leads and decision makers, placement of POS for assigned accounts to obtain maximum visibility, market share, and sales depletions

    Grow Distribution/Depletions:

    • Grow account depletions volume by implementing programs in accounts which allow JAJA opportunities and build brand awareness
    • Increase product distribution and attack permanent menu placements and features in assigned region
    • Drive custom print opportunities to accounts and submit custom print requests to distributors and vendors to increase visibility
    • Work with Regional Sales Director & Sales VP to achieve KPI's

    Brand Building:

    • Brand education is key to increasing brand awareness, which will be done by staff trainings/ tasting events conducted by KAM in region
    • Build JAJA visibility on premise by hosting social events (i.e. Happy Hours, tastings) and encouraging trial

    Budget Management:

    • Maintain and track budget within assigned allocation of T&E & Local State Budget
    • Held accountable for managing budget and return on investment in all key accounts

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Knowledge of general spirits industry protocols and procedures
    • 3+ years sales and/or marketing experience
    • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
    • Excellent organizational skills and proactive mentality in a fast paced environment.
    • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment with goals and deadlines.
