What to expect
At the beginning of your training, you will learn about the daily operations in retail from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as customer service and how to interact with customers.
The theoretical part of your training will take place in regular intervals at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
During your training, you will have the opportunity to take on first responsibilities in terms of personnel and department management.
Our business administrators (m/f/d) are our future leaders. Therefore, personnel management and leadership are also part of your responsibilities topics that you will deepen in the subsequent training, as well as your knowledge of business administration.
During the training, depending on your experience and commitment, you may already have the opportunity to manage your own small store.
What you bring
You are looking for a profession where you can combine your passion for fashion with your interest in economic contexts.
With your high school diploma or completed technical college entrance qualification, you are looking for a practical career entry. You want more than an apprenticeship, but a university degree is too theoretical for you.
