This position provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services at a project level. The incumbent performs a specialized administrative role independently.

The incumbent uses judgment based on experience to evaluate situations and develop solutions, and works independently to achieve assignment outcomes.

This position manages own workload and may delegate assignments to other administrative staff or team members. This position provides on the job training to new team members.

Responsibilities are more complex in nature and may require more independent judgment to complete.
Supports a special project manager or project in collection/distribution of data, communications, coordination of meetings and materials, tracking financials or preparation of reports associated with a project.
