    Description

    Welcome to the Manager, Corporate Strategy and Culligan Business System role at our company!

    The Manager in this position plays a crucial role in establishing a structured process for our global business system and leading the Strategy Deployment Process (SDP) across the company. Responsibilities include defining governance for functional and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear reporting of milestones, and driving organizational commitment through effective change management.

    • Support BU leaders in implementing the strategy and collaborating with the operations team
    • Define and update SDPs, action plans, and improvement initiatives aligned with Value Drivers
    • Harmonize SDPs across BUs and integrate them into business reviews and management meetings
    • Develop and implement Key Business Metrics/KPIs for performance evaluation
    • Identify and support initiatives for improving Customer Lifetime Value
    • Conduct market assessments and identify strategic opportunities and threats

    This role requires 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or consumer product/service companies, a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additionally, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities are highly valued.
