    As a Director of Inside Sales you will be primarily responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your focus will lie in providing comprehensive training, guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring to ensure that the BDR team meets their targets effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Sales and vertical leaders to craft a cohesive strategy aimed at developing new opportunities and achieving sales targets. Additionally you will be responsible for Salesforce tracking and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
    • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to BDRs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Guidance and Mentoring: Offer ongoing guidance and mentoring to BDRs to support their professional growth and development.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the BDR team to ensure they meet their targets consistently.
    • Salesforce Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce tool to track and report on BDR activities, pipeline progression and key metrics
    • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to align strategies and support the overall sales objectives.
    • Strategy Development: Collaborate with vertical leaders to develop strategic plans that drive new opportunities and sales growth.
    • Target Achievement: Ensure that the BDR team's efforts contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
    Qualifications / Requirements:
    • 10 + years of experience in the BPO industry, business development, sales, and marketing is needed.
    • Someone who is passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics, and ownership.
    • Someone with excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
    • Someone with a proven track record of securing profitable new business and experience of managing people.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
    • Ability to foster an organization of continuous process improvement.
    Education / Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; MBA in Business Administration, preferred.
    Work Location/ Work Schedule/ Travel:
    • Dallas Texas
    • 40 + hours weekly
    • Travel up to 20% domestic & international
