- Demonstrated experience in pool construction or a related field, with a strong preference for expertise in indoor environments.
- Profound understanding of construction principles, plumbing systems, and compliance with building codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with design teams to meticulously plan and execute indoor pool and spa projects, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction.
- Construct and install pool and spa frames, plumbing systems, and finishing materials according to specifications and safety standards.
- Operate a variety of tools and machinery to cut, shape, and install materials such as tiles, concrete, and acrylic.
- Ensure flawless execution of waterproofing and sealing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any construction or material issues that arise during the build process.
- Conduct site evaluations and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient construction environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries throughout the construction process.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
