    Qualifications for Signs and Graphics Sales Professional
    • High school diploma or GED required, advanced education degree preferred
    • Minimum of one year experience in outside sales to businesses
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong account planning and time management abilities
    • Expertise in consultative selling
    • Punctual, dependable, and accountable
    • Track record of achieving set goals and business objectives
    • Possession of a valid driver's license
    Responsibilities for Signs and Graphics Outside Sales Professional
    • Establish and nurture relationships and referral networks within the local community for business growth
    • Create and maintain a database of qualified leads through effective sales strategies
    • Conduct business discussions with customers effectively
    • Offer consultative sales and recommendations on various FASTSIGNS products
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide timely reports
    • Handle all paperwork and follow center procedures diligently from project initiation to completion
    • Support accounts receivable collection
    • Resolve any customer satisfaction issues that arise
    • Develop strong team relationships with support departments
    • Abide by company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
    • Participate in the company-wide sales culture and keep an eye out for sales opportunities
    • Provide backup phone support when needed
    • Assist at the front counter as required
    • Guide customers on project needs and solutions based on sales knowledge
