- Completes all phases of unit make ready work in accordance with established timelines, guidelines and procedures.
- Completes occupied unit service requests in a timely manner, in accordance with established company and community guidelines and standards, and without supervision.
- Performs grounds and housekeeping responsibilities as needed.
- Participates in preventative maintenance programs and ongoing maintenance and repair of all areas of the community, in order to preserve and maintain the asset.
- Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for (1) year(s)
- High school diploma
- Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (CPO, CMRP etc.)
- In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Problem solving aptitude

Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician position assists in the overall general upkeep of the community. This position maintains a positive and professional attitude while helping residents with their work orders, completing make readies for vacant apartments and completing a variety of hands-on maintenance repairs.
