As the Communications Manager - Cyber Security, you will design, develop, and deliver communications in support of global IT projects and initiatives specifically for the Cyber Security, Cyber Risk, and IT Compliance Team (CCI).

You serve as brand champion providing guidance and training to IT employees as needed.


This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in office.

What you will do

  • Perform and manage communications responsibilities to the highest standard including writing, editing, information gathering, content development, refreshing content, etc.
  • Create, execute, and measure the CCI communications strategy including defining objectives, success measures, audiences, key messages, channels, tactics, visuals/graphics, etc.
  • Perform various communications responsibilities including writing, editing, information gathering, content development, refreshing content, etc.
  • Serve as communications lead for CCI initiatives that impact their divisions/groups this requires closing partnering with the IT business partners and IT Communications team and collaborating closely with divisional/group sr. communicators.
  • Create/own CCI communications calendar aligned to the annual calendar of events, ensuring timing and messaging/talking point/presentation delivery.
  • Collaborate with CCI Leadership team to align messaging, talking points, and presentation content for critical initiatives to include employee communications, town hall meetings, and other key events and customer engagement efforts.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 8+ years overall professional experience required.
  • 7+ years' experience in business communications capacity is required.
  • Experience executing communication strategy with IT leadership teams is required.
  • Video storyboard and approach creation experience required.
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, onepagers, newsletters, info graphics, and posters with advanced MS Office skills required.
  • Experience in writing, editing, proofreading, layout, and design qualifications are required.
  • Proven delivery of high standards regarding spelling, grammar, content, and brand compliance are required.
