Job Description:
Implement financial planning, analysis, and budgeting policies and procedures to ensure application of internal control within the department.

Provide financial analysis and planning assistance to the strategic and business development functions and develop all types of short and long term financial projections / forecasts / plans in accordance with the department's strategies and overall objectives and directions.

Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies, financial due diligence, financial modeling & valuations, financial projections, and other type of financial analysis to support decisions related to acquisitions, divestitures, projects development, and joint ventures.

Identify and manage financial risks (interest rate and exchange rate risks) that can affect operations.

Supervise the development of financial models that serve to support the financial planning process.

Coordinate and oversee the budgeting process, and assist departments Directors in the preparation of their assumptions and budgets.

Set the provisional timetable to be followed for the budget process (approved by the Board of Directors).

Supervise the design and preparation of the budget forms, models and templates to be used by departments Directors in the budgeting process to enhance the budget techniques and procedures.

Supervise the preparation of the consolidated annual master budget including capital expenditure, operating expenditure, and manpower planning budgets.

Supervise the compilation, review and preparation of the budgeted financial statements (income statement and balance sheet).

Monitor effective implementation of and compliance to the approved budget (tracking, variance analysis, reporting, etc...).

Present the monthly performance management reports to the Director of Finance and report on any areas that require attention.

Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Director of Finance.

Qualification:

A minimum of:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Supervisory-level experience is required (2+ years).

Experience within the Real Estate industry is preferred.

Professional certificate CFA is preferred.

Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
