- Offer financial guidance to different departments within Prime during annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
- Work collaboratively with management teams on staffing strategies, productivity metrics, and activity-based costing initiatives to drive operational efficiencies
- Develop cost/benefit analyses, ROI reports, and other financial models to support strategic decision-making within Prime
- Assist in creating high-level presentations for executives, the Board, and other stakeholders, providing relevant financial analyses and insights to management
- Conduct performance evaluations, regular check-ins, and one-on-one meetings to drive employee development efforts and ensure alignment with departmental goals
- Oversee departmental budgeting, staffing, and performance management while embodying Prime's leadership values in interactions with team members and stakeholders
- Fulfill other assigned duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 8 years of experience in financial analysis
- 5 years of leadership or managerial experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complex environments
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA and/or CPA
- Experience in PBM/healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to engage with management at all levels and consult with key business stakeholders
- Tasks may include sitting, using hands, talking, and hearing on a regular basis
- Occasional activities such as reaching, standing, walking, lifting objects, and specific vision requirements
- Reports to AVP of Product Pricing
