Our range of services includes assisted living, basic assistance, and qualified pedagogical assistance. You will be mobile in Bergedorf, supporting individuals in their individual participation in society. At our meeting point in Holtenklinker Straße, you will offer group activities and open counseling services.

Overview of Responsibilities

Assisting individuals with mental or intellectual disabilities in achieving personal goals within the framework of care planning
Supporting clients in developing their own illness and recovery concepts
Designing and implementing group activities
Social work in our meeting point
Independently conducting counseling services
Regular participation in team meetings and supervision
Networking in the neighborhood and region
Contributing to the conceptual development of our services
