    Description

    Mandatory Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    5+ years of experience in business process analysis and design.
    Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
    Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
    Experience with Pega platform a strong plus (not mandatory).
    Experience in the Automotive Warranty and Quality domains (preferred).
    Experience with other workflow automation tools a plus.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


    Role Description Skills:
    Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
    Work collaboratively with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and requirements.
    Design and develop efficient and scalable business process solutions using the Pega platform (Pega experience preferred).
    Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Pega development teams.
    Configure and customize Pega components to meet specific business needs.
    Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state processes.
    Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, and user stories.
    Test and validate Pega applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
    Stay up-to-date on the latest Pega features and best practices.


    • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
