Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate with high-ticket, commission only sales experience to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be provided with pre-credit approved leads that are ready and waiting to buy from you.

You will be responsible for visiting and providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales.

  • Visit prequalified and credit approved customer's that have requested to have your help in choosing the right above ground pool for thier home and budget.
  • Be able to cover your entire sales territory
  • Be able to do 24 presentations per day and close 4050% of your leads that are given to you.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Demonstrate excellent selling skills to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

  • Previous experience in commission only sales or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$2, $3,500.00 per week
