Do you want to be a part of our success?


We are currently looking for a Team Leader for Direct Sales/Promotion (m/f/d) from the Mannheim area to join our team immediately.

We also welcome applicants with no previous experience in this field.


Responsibilities:
What tasks can you expect from us?

  • You will present our clients' products using our concept at shopping centers, trade fairs, and events.
  • You will conduct consultation meetings with potential customers and sell our product portfolio.
  • You will have a diverse job with customer contact and varied tasks at different locations.
  • You will gradually build up our promotion team, conduct job interviews, train new colleagues, and be their first point of contact.
  • You will ensure the smooth running of our events.

Qualifications:

  • Do you have leadership experience and can help your colleagues succeed?
  • Do you find it easy to interact with people, and are you open and communicative?
  • Do you have a confident appearance?
