Your responsibilities:

  • Consulting our clients on digitalizing processes
  • Designing and driving solutions from initial requirements workshop to ongoing operations
  • Participating in trade fairs, representing RODIAS and contributing to sales success
  • Creating new topics and projects for our clients
  • Taking on responsibility within the agile team for technical topics, project management tasks, effort estimations, and innovation topics
  • Supporting in the exciting field of Enterprise Asset Management solutions based on IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM, or our own products

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable education
  • You have relevant professional experience in IT consulting and confidently apply project management, requirements engineering, and test management techniques
  • You ideally have experience with Enterprise Asset Management solutions such as IBM Maximo, HxGN, SAP PM, or perhaps in innovative technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence, or machine learning
  • You possess the necessary soft skills for customer communication, exchange within the agile team, and workshop moderation in German and English
  • You are willing to travel for customer appointments and trade fair appearances
