- Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
- Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
- Maintain and manage all job site activities
- Be the Superintendent on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more
- Construction Superintendent - Long Island
- 7+ years of Experience
- Experience with MTA projects is PLUS
- Experience working on Civil and Utilities projects for the following Agencies:
- Experience handling 100% of projects
- Local to New York, NY
- Must have experience building in New York City
- Construction Management or equivalent degree
- DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA - REQUIRED
- Strong Base Salary ($170k-200k)
- Bonus Potential

- Local or Commutable to New York City and Bronx, NY
