Construction Superintendent - Long Island will be responsible for the oversight and completion of Public Works Construction projects for the MTA and/or SCA throughout New York, New York.

Our client is currently a leading General Contractor in the New York City Building and Construction industry.

They have been an established for for 30+ years focusing on Public, MTA, SCA, NYCTA, DDC, Civil/utilities projects throughout New York City.

Construction Superintendent - Long Island
Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
Be the Superintendent on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more
Construction Superintendent - Long Island
~Experience with MTA projects is PLUS
~ Experience working on Civil and Utilities projects for the following Agencies:

New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; NYC Schools Construction Authority.
Experience handling 100% of projects
Local to New York, NY
Must have experience building in New York City
Construction Management or equivalent degree
Local or Commutable to New York City and Bronx, NY
