- Draft contracts, manage redlines, and assist in updating legal documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Prepare agreements and oversee the processing of documents for signature.
- Juggle multiple internal and external stakeholders, managing diverse contracts across various business areas.
- Coordinate the contracting process between business areas and other stakeholders such as Legal, Third Party Risk, Controller, and Technology.
- Utilize the Purchasing system for executing contract lifecycle management activities, including the development of reports, metrics, and processes, and providing support for business areas.
- Translate business demands and requirements into the contract process, fostering strategic and long-term relationships with vendors.
- Achieve savings and/or cost avoidance through negotiation activities with suppliers.
- Propose and actively contribute to the implementation of continuous improvements to contract policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering and/or managing contracts in a corporate setting or law firm.
