Description

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide products/services information, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.




Responsibilities:


  • Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Assess and fulfill customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Establish enduring relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information using the appropriate methods and tools
  • Achieve personal and team targets for sales and call handling
  • Address customer concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives promptly; follow up until resolution is reached
  • Document customer interactions, handle customer accounts, and maintain records
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Ensure customer engagement by going the extra mile
Requirements and skills

  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Proficient in phone call management and active listening
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • High School diploma
