  • Manage all incoming VIP leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, providing exceptional service and personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture leads through targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Utilize CRM and digital platforms to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Maintain accurate records of all activities and client communications in CRM.
  • Work closely with venue managers and staff to coordinate VIP experiences and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas of opportunity and create compelling experiences and opportunities.
  • Utilize networking skills, industry knowledge, and creativity to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leads.
  • 2 or more years' experience in a salesgenerating role.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or nightlife (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills, including adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self motivated and goal oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Workplace, CRM platforms, and other digital platforms.
