Job Description
DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
Also known as Enablement with the APICS SCOR Model. This small function is designed to support all areas of operations, focusing on operational and financial improvements.
POSITION SUMMARY
BlueCrest is seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, capable of reviewing process and large datasets to drive operational efficiencies.
This person would work cross-functionally on current pain-points and present recommendations to improve our current practices.
The core requirements will be, but not limited to: Reviewing our current parts ordering and stocking profiles to reduce overall backorders and improve customer fill rates. Reviewing global inventory, E O and balancing opportunities. Reviewing our current and required KPI's within operations and implementing a process to capture and report the data timely.
Additional opportunities exist to support software implementations, data gathering, cleaning and process implementation to maintain clean data and discipline.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will primarily be responsible for collaborating cross functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and service.
