Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life & Health Insurance Agent to join our team.

As an Life & Health Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and selling insurance policies to clients.

This is a commission-based position with the potential for high earnings.


Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their insurance needs
• Analyze clients' current insurance policies and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Sell various types of insurance policies, such as life, and health insurance
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance underwriters on behalf of clients
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality Experience:
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Familiarity with benefits administration and various types of insurance policies
