Responsibilities:

  • Independent preparation of cost calculations for underground and pipeline construction
  • Processing and maintenance of master data for standard calculations
  • Independent quantity determination for lump sum offers
  • Development of special proposals or alternative offers
  • Preparation of additional and modified service offers

Qualifications:

  • Technical education as a technician or degree in civil engineering
  • Relevant professional experience as a cost estimator and/or construction manager
  • Individual cost determination for various partial services
  • Good knowledge of cost calculation programs
  • Ability to handle deadlines and cost pressure with confidence
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills complete your profile
