We are an experienced and successful company in the field of project management / construction management / construction management with offices in Stuttgart, Berlin, Leipzig and Augsburg. We responsibly and goal-oriented accompany our clients and/or architects from planning to building handover. Our projects include administrative, industrial, residential, laboratory and commercial properties, for which we take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality. Each individual in our team is important and contributes to the success of the company - therefore, you should bring both team spirit and personal responsibility. For our location in Stuttgart, we are looking for a committed and qualified construction manager for site supervision (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Site supervision - construction supervision, acceptance and invoicing
  • Independent support of construction projects
  • Responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs
  • Coordination and management of internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

  • Architect, civil engineer, master of the main construction trade or technician with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • Independent, responsible and goal-oriented way of working
  • Commitment, assertiveness and communication skills
