Land Acquisition Specialist | Baden-Württemberg | 10 Years Active in the Photovoltaic Industry

JD Ross Energy is working with a photovoltaic company that has been active in the industry for 10 years. This company implements photovoltaic projects throughout Germany, as well as in Italy and Greece. They handle the entire life cycle of solar projects. The company is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for a motivated and willing land acquisition specialist.

Your responsibilities:

Identification of suitable land for the construction of photovoltaic systems: nationwide
Identification and approach of landowners
Negotiation and conclusion of private land contracts with landowners
Participation in information events and landowner meetings
Reporting and documentation of your acquisition activities

Your profile:

First professional experience as a land acquisition specialist, commercial real estate agent, or similar
Experience in securing land for energy projects, preferably under the EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act)
Strong negotiation skills, goal-oriented, and excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Germany are mandatory
