- Valid certification or license as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of California
- Prior experience in providing care for seniors or individuals with special needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately
- A compassionate and patient approach to caregiving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Physical ability to perform the duties required, including lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in San Mateo, CA for Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs). As a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their home, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and companionship. You will work under the supervision of a Care Manager, following the personalized care plan for each client. Your role will also involve documenting care provided, observing any changes in client condition, and reporting to the care team.
