Your tasks:

  • Assist in creating and optimizing the company's information security concept
  • Assist in defining cyber security processes for the corporate IT infrastructure and projects/products
  • Assist in creating hardening document templates
  • Assist in creating cyber security checklists
  • Create, maintain, and improve scripts/applications for automatically hardening computer systems (various operating systems)
  • Harden new software and hardware before implementation in the corporate environment
  • Assist in analyzing new security patches for operating systems, firmware, and applications
  • Assist in analyzing BSI Information Security Advisories
  • Document and communicate test results
  • Identify problematic patches, evaluate workarounds and alternatives
  • Roll out patches to the corporate IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with and support project integration specialists in the (weapon) system labs
  • Assist in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining information security products (SIEM, vulnerability scanner, etc.)
  • Support the implementation of cyber security in the corporate IT infrastructure
  • Ensure the company's information security policies are applied in the corporate network
