Job Summary:

Duties:

Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progress.
Provide guidance and support to field staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction supervision or related field.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents, including schematics and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Primavera, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Familiarity with contract management and construction estimating processes.
