We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Engineer who will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our products and process quality.
Responsible for maintaining, designing, developing, and optimizing our Quality System Processes. This role will encompass both Quality Assurance and Quality Control, requiring hands-on involvement with production and personnel to implement effective measurement and process efficiency and product quality. Expertise in material traceability, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Support and Maintain Quality Management Systems: Utilize your experience in root cause analysis techniques to ensure the integrity of our Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 compliance.
Quality Control:Conduct routine measurements and tests to minimize non-conformance and address customer service complaints. Train production personnel on quality control processes and procedures.
Testing and Calibration:Support the inspection and calibration of testing and measurement devices.
Inter-Department Collaboration:Collaborate across departments to improve process efficiency and output quality.
Previous experience in a similar Quality Engineering role required. Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques. Strong knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements. Experience in training production personnel in quality processes.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
