Chef Sung's Full Moon is uniquely on display in the Gaslamp District, this is the first Kaizen sushi restaurant in San Diego.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for engaging, entertaining, interacting, and providing a unique dining experience to guests. Primarily works in an open kitchen, being organised and clean is expected. Ensure correct food portions of our dishes.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cooking strongly required.
- Grill, fryer and broiler experience.
- Manages storage of fruits, vegetables, and meat such as beef, lamb and fish.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanour during stressful and/or busy times.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required.
- State and/or local food handler's card.
- Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance with state law.
- Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Produce all items as specified from kitchen.
- Perform all opening and closing duties daily.
- Ensure proper rotation of produce FIFO.
- Ensure all served food meets Company and health quality standards.
