JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for engaging, entertaining, interacting, and providing a unique dining experience to guests. Primarily works in an open kitchen, being organised and clean is expected. Ensure correct food portions of our dishes.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in cooking strongly required.
• Grill, fryer and broiler experience.
• Manages storage of fruits, vegetables, and meat such as beef, lamb and fish.
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanour during stressful and/or busy times.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required.
• State and/or local food handler's card.
• Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance with state law.
• Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Produce all items as specified from kitchen.
• Perform all opening and closing duties daily.
• Ensure proper rotation of produce FIFO.
• Ensure all served food meets Company and health quality standards.
