Your responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of construction projects in the field of building construction
  • Collaboration with authorities, architects, specialist planners, and experts
  • Organization, coordination, and monitoring of turnkey finishing works
  • Involvement in and preparation of subcontractor services
  • Processing of additional agreements, cost control, and calculations
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards

Your profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or other comparable construction-specific education (architect, master, technician)
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in the execution of construction projects, preferably in the field of residential/commercial construction
  • Practical experience with VOB, VOL, and HOAI
  • Up-to-date computer skills (MS Office)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and commitment
