    Currently, we are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in Reston, VA to provide unparalleled support to multiple federal agencies through the Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Program.

    The CDM Program is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can direct the design and implementation of innovative solutions for many different federal agencies that enhance their continuous monitoring capabilities.


    Responsibilities
    include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead and mentor a large team of professionals responsible for all aspects of systems design, development, deployment, and operations for both on/off prem cyber solutions.
    • Provide decisive direction and allow the team to determine how to implement that decision.
    • Build and maintain direct relationships across ManTechs project teams supporting CDM and Agency POCs.
    • Ensure functions, processes, and measures of effectiveness are thoroughly documented, managed for effectiveness, and continuously improved upon within your area of responsibility.
    • Provide expert analysis and recommendations for the optimization of service delivery in collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams.
    • Directly contribute towards overall program performance reporting and risk mitigation.
    • Propose and implement cost efficiencies and return on investment measures.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in business or information systems management.
    • 10+ years experience providing integration planning and implementation support for process and technology insertion.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and deliver quality work products in a dynamic and complex enterprise environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and consensus-building skills.
    • Superior analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge acquisition as it relates to new technologies and techniques.
    • Self-starter with excellent problem solving and process implementation skills and a bias for action and innovation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in business or information systems management.
    • 15+ years experience in government information technology industry, 5+ years in cybersecurity domain.
    • Project or Program Management Professional certification preferred
    • Proven ability to build, lead and empower teams of 50+ personnel on large government IT programs.
    • Effective communicator with proven ability to apply emotional intelligence and sound business judgement in an ever-changing environment.
    • Agile/SAFe experience

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • Candidate is required to be a US citizen (non-dual citizenship) with the ability to obtain DHS Suitability

    Physical Requirements:

    • Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office
    The projected compensation range for this position is $127,600-$213,400.

    There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
