- Provide analytical support to the strategic sourcing team, both for ad hoc and prescribed purposes. Examples include vendor spend analytics, vendor savings calculations, and activity reporting.
- Assist in gathering market research and benchmarking on vendors and categories of spend for the purposes of developing commodity strategies and competitive bidding events.
- Help business owners build robust business requirements and Service Level Agreements for competitive bidding events and resulting Statements of Work.
- Execute transactional procurement activities such as order forms, consulting services agreements and various other contracts for non-material goods and services
- Review agreements set for expiration or renewal, gain alignment with the business owner and properly disposition the agreement
- Perform project administration tasks for select sourcing efforts.
- Execute modifications to existing agreements, as needed.
- Become an administrator and expert user of Conga contracts.
- Perform team QA processes on a monthly basis.

The role is also responsible for management of assigned indirect spend categories, with an emphasis on corporate and functional areas.
