    Accounts Payable Specialist in Louisville, CO

    Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. Your duties will include:

    • Processing vendor invoices and ensuring accuracy of information
    • Matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts
    • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
    • Preparing and processing payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer
    • Assisting with month-end close processes related to accounts payable
    • Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving payment issues
    • Maintaining vendor records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

    Qualifications for Accounts Payable Specialist Applicants: To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
