    Description

    We have partnered with one of the premier construction service providers in Texas to identify an Office Services Specialist. This role is critical in the delivery of services to clients. Ready to make an impact at this North Dallas firm?

    This is a direct hire opportunity 8:00- 5pm

    • Daily pickup and delivery of project related documents, checks, and various work materials at businesses as well as construction job sites.
    • Processing requests for closeout documents, delivering to General Contractors as needed.
    • Oversight and processing of all City Registrations.
    • Process CCIP Enrollments on required jobs.
    • Preparation of all contractor qualification forms.
    • Order flowers/cookies/gifts when requested.
    • Booking of hotel reservations for out-of-town jobs.
    • Processing of material requisitions/inventory adjustments.
    • Order and pick up weekly orders.
    • Daily backup to the Receptionist.
    • Provide administrative support for other departments as needed.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong communication, strong organization skills.
    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $52, $59,000.00 Per Year
