    As a Maintenance Superintendent (Maintenance Manager) at Weyerhaeuser's state-of-the-art lumber facility in Millport, AL,
      you will lead the entire Maintenance Department.

    This position carries full responsibility for maintenance operations across the site and reports directly to the Mill Manager.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure process reliability.
    • Improve key performance indicators and optimize department budget.
