The Operations Coordinator performs various administrative functions within a department. This includes office facilities and equipment management, accounting processes support, HR activities assistance, database/system administration tasks.Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates office-wide facilities maintenance.
- Monitors inventory and places orders for office equipment supplies.
- Manages accounting processes including budgeting invoice processing employee expense reports reimbursements petty cash time tracking.
- Supports HR activities with employee onboarding interview coordination training.
