Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney community, is currently under construction in the Greater Palm Springs area. The brilliant mountain-ringed valley was once a rejuvenating retreat for Walt and Lillian Disney. The architecture and amenities of the community will reflect the history and present-day inspiration of the rich valley culture

The
Sales Operations Manager will lead the team to drive operational excellence and enhance revenue growth.

This individual will be accountable for all administrative and operating tasks related to Cotino Sales Operations, playing an integral part in the day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities include maintaining sales materials, leading inventory, and distributing sales-related items while ensuring Sales Studio show readiness. Daily tasks include maintaining Ops sheets for payroll, attendance reconciliation, and benefit time, as well as coordinating Cast movement.

Additionally, the Operations Manager will assign tasks, collaborate with other areas of the operation, such as scheduling, fleet management, ordering from warehouses, and working with vendors related to repairs maintenance.

They will work closely with sales leadership, sales teams, builders, marketing, community ops teams, and other site team members as needed.

This role is crucial in achieving sales revenue goals and will report to the Sales Director.

This position is based in Palm Springs, California.


You Will:


  • Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed daily in Sales Center, back of house office space, and model homes.
  • Lead all sales technology assets and refresh them accordingly.
  • Handle inventory control for all sales and marketing collateral, implementing operational adjustments based on demand.
  • Lead all aspects of equipment and systems, notifying appropriate departments or partners of any concerns.
  • Maintain Disney show quality and coordinate repairs with vendors and internal partners, ensuring routine maintenance of sales assets.
  • Handle scheduling, attendance, and Cast support for daily operations.
  • Manage passenger van scheduled visits to the sales center, models, and community.
  • Responsible for Sales Fleet, ensuring vans have uptodate insurance and registration cards, and coordinating timely maintenance.
  • Ensure data quality across the entire sales channel through audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to find solutions to technology challenges and gaps.
  • Support miscellaneous projects as needed.

You Will Have:


  • Experience working with partners to advise and provide solutions, anticipate opportunities, and aid decisionmaking.
  • Capability to share communication across teams, operationalize change management, and maximize sales efficiencies.
  • Ability to recognize, retain, and develop talent and promote collaboration.
  • Commitment to diversity and encouraging an inclusive work environment.
  • Valid State driver's license.
  • Conflict resolution skills and experience handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Disney Brand Standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team of hourly cast.
  • Successful performance in a salesdriven team.

Required Education:


  • High School Diploma

Preferred Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
