Overview:
The position is responsible for assistingthe production manager and sales team to ensure the smooth flow of goods from order placement through on-time warehouse delivery

Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Enter all Work In Process; update all changes
  • Communication with factories, warehouse, freight forwarders, sales representatives and various internal departments
  • Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues
  • Coordinate shipments and track the production orders to maintain on time delivery

Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • 24 years experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: 24-26/Hr
