The Italian restaurant MINE, located at Meinekestr.10 near Ku'Damm, Gerton, NC, is seeking an experienced and reliable caretaker for minor repairs in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
- Electrical work (repairing spotlights, etc.)
- Woodwork (repairing/painting chairs and tables)
- Installing shelves and countertops
- Minor silicone work
- Repairing equipment such as wine coolers
- Optional repairs of kitchen appliances/small electrical appliances and plumbing
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in a trade
